Designed to integrate directly with the Lumatek Zeus LED fixture range, the 30W UV Supplemental LED Bar adds scientifically-dosed UV-B (280–315nm) and UV-A (315–400nm) radiation to your flowering stage — unlocking biological responses that standard full-spectrum fixtures can’t trigger. The result: improved flavour, enhanced aroma, and up to 30% increase in the main extractable substance. UV also helps control mould formation through gentle UV-B doses, reducing the need for chemical interventions.

How to Apply UV — Recommended Protocol

Always use the UV Bar in combination with a Lumatek Zeus full-spectrum LED fixture — never as a standalone light source. Apply during the flowering stage only, starting from a 12-hour photoperiod or less, for at least 4 weeks before harvest. Follow the distance-to-canopy guidelines in the Lumatek Grow Light Strategies table for optimal UV spread.

If you notice plant stress or damage, increase the distance between the bar and canopy, or reduce UV exposure by shortening the photoperiod. UV-B is a powerful tool — follow the recommended protocol for best results.

Daisy Chain Capable — Connect Multiple Bars Easily

The 30W UV Bar features a single input and output socket for either the Power Cable or Daisy Chain Cable, allowing multiple bars to be linked across a Zeus frame. This design ensures unit performance integrity across the chain.
