  • We reserve the right to limit quantities of any product and to discontinue products at any time.
  • In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price and will notify you promptly.

4. Orders & Payment

  • By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products at the listed price.
  • We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.
  • Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.
  • We accept payment via the methods listed at checkout.
  • You will receive an order confirmation email upon successful payment. This does not constitute acceptance of your order until it has been dispatched.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship Australia-wide. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
  • Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
  • Growers Depot is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.
  • Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. We are not liable for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Our returns and refunds policy is governed by the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
  • You are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund for major failures and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
